Information You Send
Search requests
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Coal County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Messages sent through a contact channel may include the details you choose to provide. We retain them as reasonably needed to respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

How Information Is Used
Collected information may be used to keep the service working, direct a submitted search to the relevant partner, understand which material is useful, diagnose technical issues, and support advertising that may be tailored by an advertising provider.
Outside Websites

References to booking information concern records an agency may keep under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §24A.8, subject to applicable exceptions and redactions.
Advertising partners may collect activity across websites on their own systems for interest-based advertising. Coal County Busted Mugshots does not control those partners’ policies.
